Booking terms:

Payment is due before the commencement of the course. While we will endeavour to reserve a place while we wait for payment, this is not guaranteed. In general, places aren't for named people. However, it helps course organisation if we are kept up-to-date with who is attending.

Cancellations:

• 45 days or more in advance of booking £25 administration fee.
• 25 days or more in advance of the booking date will be charged at 50%. Plus £25 administration fee.
• Fewer than 25 days, no refund.
• Non-attendance will be charged at full rate

We realise that unexpected events crop up, and if possible, we are will transfer bookings to other courses.

Equipment:

Unless otherwise stated, all attendees should bring a laptop with the necessary software pre-installed. A list of required software is maintained at https://jr-packages.github.io/ The laptop should be able to access standard wireless networks.

After registration on the website, we will contact you within three working days to arrange payment.
